How?
Step 1
Introduction & explanation
We give a short explanation of what stopmotion is, show a quick example video, and explain the assignment. Students are divided into groups and each group gets a bag of Haribo.
Step 2
Come up with a concept
In teams, students think of a small story or funny scene that they want to animate using the candy.
Step 3
Create the stopmotion
Students animate their story using their phones and the recommended app. They take multiple photos frame by frame to bring their idea to life.
Step 4
Edit the video
Students can add a voice-over, background music, or sound effects to enhance their animation and make it more engaging.
Step 5
Share & vote
All teams upload their videos to Teams. We watch all the videos together and vote for the most creative or fun one.
